1. When do you usually drink your Max Golf Protein Drink during a round?
I try to mix a breakfast shake up with my Max Golf Protein drink in the morning, then depending on my tee time I would drink one prior to tee off, or mid way through the round.
2. When do you usually eat your Max Golf Protein Bar during a round?
I try to eat half my bar through 6 holes, and the other half through 12 holes, but it never makes it past the sixth, there just too yummy!!
3. What is your usual/favourite gym work out?
I really do mix it up, I like challenging my self to chin ups, but currently doing plenty of lower body work, squats, dead lifts, lunges, really trying to use my legs better in the swing and increase some distance!
4. How many hours do you usually spend in the gym and how many hours do you spend practicing per week?
I put a huge effort into that gym in my off season, and went at least 5 times a week, but even during a tournament week I try to go most days, even if its not to lift heavy… just stretch and get away from the golf for a bit, I helps clear your head, and you feel better about your self for doing it!
5. What is your favourite part of your game to practice?
I like working through my bag using the Trackman, distance control is a huge part of the game and I really like to keep on top of it!!
6. What’s your favourite out of the MGP Drink and Bar!?
The bar… I can’t stop snacking on them at home, before bed with a cup of tea, knowing that your getting that extra bit of protein in for recovery but at the same time feeling like you’re having a treat!!

More about Chris:

After turning professional in 2006 Chris went on to win four times on the Europro Tour, three of these wins coming in 2011, which then led to him topping the OOM and graduating to the Challenge Tour for 2012.

Over the next four seasons on the Challenge Tour, Chris finished inside the top 10 seven times, and with a career high T3rd in the Aegean Airlines Challenge in Germany. In 2015, Chris finished the season 42nd on the OOM after a strong end to the year and then went onto the European Tour Qualifying School gaining the last card for the 2016 Race to Dubai!

Throughout 2016 Chris had 3 top 10’s on the European Tour with a 5th place finish in Morocco in The Trophee Hasson II, Chris finished the season 108th on the OOM to retain his card for 2017.

Another highlight in Chris’s career was in 2014 where he qualified for The Open Championship at Royal Liverpool (Hoylake) after leading the qualifying event at Hillside GC.
