Tom Murray

"To compete on the European & Challenge Tour I have to be feeling physically great, and since I started drinking and eating Max Golf Protein I've noticed a difference in how I feel as I play for 72 holes. It's a huge bonus that it all tastes fantastic too!"

1. When do you usually drink your MGP shake?
I usually have a shake on about the 6th hole, or just before I tee off depending on the time of day.
2. When do you usually eat your MGP bar?
I always like to have a bar in the middle of the back 9, around 13th or 14th.
3. What’s your favourite gym work out?
I like to do all sorts in the gym with my trainer, my number 1 favourite thing to do though are Deadlifts.
4. How long do you spend in the gym? And how long practicing?
I usually see my trainer around 4 to 5 hours per week whilst at home, and spend maybe 20+ hours practicing, whilst playing a lot also.
5. What’s your favourite part of your game to practice?
My favourite thing to practice is always short game, anything involving my 58 degree will do!
6. What’s your favourite out of the MGP bar or drink!?
Hard to pick between the bar and drink, I love them both! Call it a draw!
